Pavle Eftimovski

Co-founder and Managing Director of Glitch Records, Belgrade based record label and concert agency representing 20+ artists and releasing 200+ tracks to date. Organised concerts, showcases, and international bookings; handled artist negotiations and contracts. 

Part of independent music community as a Executive Board Member & Digital Committee Member at IMPALA and Management Board Member at RUNDA. 

Besides this, built and operated a Gramofonik, Shopify-based vinyl e-commerce platform, overseeing catalog curation, inventory, fulfilment, and customer experience. Co-founded and launched a music-focused Jašta bar as a physical community space and venue for events.
