Paolo Pavanello

I’m one of the founders and guitarist of Linea 77, a band that took Italian alternative music beyond national borders and built a strong reputation across Europe and beyond. With Linea 77 I was never just the guitar player — I also took care of everything off stage, from organization to communication, which gave me a broad understanding of the music and creative industries.

The experience I gained between the late ’90s and early 2000s, especially abroad, led me to start METATRON, a company I still run today and that has grown into a well-established player in the music industry and artist management. Over the years, I’ve also served — and continue to serve — as CEO of several companies, developing solid expertise in business leadership and growth.

I’ve always been passionate about technology. My journey started in the early ’80s with a VIC-20 and the first BBS networks, and since then digital innovation has been part of my life. By the mid-’90s I was coding HTML and building websites, and that curiosity for tech is something I still carry with me — blending creativity, business, and technology in everything I do.
