Nastasja is Membership & Project Coordinator at IMPALA – the Independent Music Companies Association, where she oversees the organisation’s operations, membership, and strategic projects for Europe’s independent music sector. With an European background spanning Germany, Poland, Belgium and France, in management across the cultural, industrial, EU-affairs, and non-profit sectors, she focuses on promoting diversity, financial sustainability, and good governance within the independent music ecosystem.
