Mladen Milić

Mladen Milić is the Director at HDU IFPI Croatia, overseeing operations and strategic direction and works as Head of Legal Affairs at ZAPRAF. He has been actively involved in the lobbying and transposition process of European legislation in Croatia for the last ten years and has been communicating with the European Parliament, state bodies in Croatia and foreign partners such as IMPALA and IFPI. He has extensive experience in Croatian phonogram producers’ CMO (ZAPRAF), specialized in relations with institutions at both the national and European levels, legal negotiations, and representing the organization's interests before governmental bodies. Proficient in managing legal aspects of intellectual property, copyright, and regulatory compliance, contributing to the protection and advancement of the rights of phonogram producers in Croatia. He is a law graduate and speaks several languages.
