Matthieu Philibert

Matthieu Philibert is Director of Public Affairs at IMPALA – the European Association of Independent Music Companies – which he joined in 2011. On behalf of IMPALA, he takes part in discussions with the EU institutions in Brussels across a number of issues: copyright, competition, access to finance, streaming, EU programmes, AI, etc. Matthieu is also in charge of coordinating IMPALA’s working groups on copyright, on collective management organisations and on the EU’s RAAP ruling.
