Hrvoje Markulj

Hrvoje Markulj was the first President of the Croatian Phonographic Association (HDU). Since 2000, alongside his role as Director of HDU, he has also managed ZAPRAF, the collective organization for phonogram producers in Croatia. During this period, he actively participated in expert working groups of the State Intellectual Property Office, contributing to the development of legal provisions related to phonogram producers’ rights.

In recent years, he worked with the specialized law firm Korper & Partners, focusing on the practical application of copyright law in the field of phonogram producers’ rights. He currently serves as an advisor at ZAPRAF.
