Dino Gliha

Dr. sc. Dino Gliha is a consultant and representative specializing in intellectual property and competition law (PhD), with a sub-specialization in artificial intelligence (DipAI, University of Oxford). His work focuses on IPR-based project design, frontier technologies, and the commercialization of research-driven innovation.

He is the co-founder of the Law Office Marković, Grbavac & Gliha and Qi Project Ltd., a consulting agency focused on AI and intellectual property. Alongside his legal and business practice, he also has hands-on experience in AI development.

Dr. Gliha is the author of numerous scholarly and professional publications, including the monograph The Copyright–Competition Interaction within the EU (Springer Nature), and a regular speaker at academic and industry conferences. His current research centres on the creative industries, exploring the AI–copyright nexus and the broader societal and regulatory implications of AI technologies.
